Choose the correct catalogue
Research Materials are laboratory and analytical products with research-use restrictions and documentation requirements. Sports Nutrition is a separate consumer-product range. Product classification and use information are shown on the relevant product page.
How to place an order
- Open the appropriate catalogue and select a product that is currently available.
- Review the product page, classification and any applicable documentation or consumer labelling.
- Add the product to cart and confirm quantity, delivery destination, shipping charge and the payment methods shown by checkout.
- Complete payment only through the official Avelqor Labs checkout or verified payment instructions.
Current tracked shipping rates
The store currently lists tracked shipping at CHF 9.50 within Switzerland, CHF 17.50 to configured European destinations and CHF 40.00 to configured international destinations. The checkout is the final source for the actual rate and destination availability of each order.
Order processing and tracking
Orders are prepared according to product availability and operational requirements. Where tracked delivery is provided, tracking information is supplied after dispatch. Carrier systems may require additional time before the first scan becomes visible. Dispatch and delivery times are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates.
International delivery and customs
Customers are responsible for confirming that purchase and import are lawful in the destination jurisdiction. Customs duties, taxes, import charges and destination-specific requirements may be the recipient’s responsibility unless applicable law provides otherwise. Avelqor Labs may hold, decline or cancel an order where lawful sale or shipment to the destination cannot be verified.

Lost, damaged or incorrect shipments
Contact us with the order number, tracking information, product details, photographs where relevant and a clear description of the issue. Where the order involves a research material, include the batch or lot details when available.

Return eligibility depends on product category, condition, packaging, traceability, the circumstances of the order and applicable law. Research materials and sealed consumer products can have different return restrictions.
Payment security
Submit payment details only through the official Avelqor Labs checkout or through instructions issued directly by Avelqor Labs. Never send complete card details by email or pay to an account communicated only through an unverified social-media message.
