Chain-of-custody workflow

  1. Receipt: incoming research materials are logged by receipt date and material identity.
  2. Internal reference: Avelqor assigns an internal lot or sample reference where supplier-side lot identification is absent, incomplete or unsuitable for public traceability.
  3. Documentation review: supplier-provided reports are recorded separately from independent Avelqor testing.
  4. Status assignment: material is classified as Supplier Documentation, Pending Batch Linkage, Independent Testing Pending or Independent Lab Verified according to the evidence actually available.
  5. Sample selection: a specific vial / sample is selected for independent analysis and tied to the internal reference before laboratory submission.
  6. Laboratory submission: the sample reference is supplied to the analytical laboratory wherever the laboratory's report format permits.
  7. Report linkage: a completed report is only published as evidence for an Avelqor lot/sample when the relationship between sample, internal reference and report can be established.

What an Avelqor internal reference means

An Avelqor internal reference is a traceability identifier. It does not mean that the material has been independently verified, manufactured by Avelqor, or assigned an upstream manufacturer's batch number. The evidence status remains separate.

Supplier batch numbers

Where a manufacturer or upstream supplier provides a usable batch / lot identifier, Avelqor aims to record that identifier alongside the internal Avelqor reference. Where no upstream lot number is available, Avelqor does not invent or present its own internal reference as a manufacturer batch number.

Analytical result linkage

A report for one sample is not automatically applied to another delivery, lot or product. Results are associated only with the material and reference for which the linkage can be documented.

Public registry rule

This page only lists references that can be described without overstating evidence. Other inventory may remain unlisted until its receiving information, supplier documentation and internal traceability record are sufficiently complete.
