Research use and legal compliance

This policy applies only to products explicitly identified by Avelqor Labs as research-use-only materials. It does not describe the separate consumer Sports Nutrition catalogue.

Age and legal capacity

Purchasers must be at least 18 years old, or meet any higher applicable age-of-majority requirement in their jurisdiction, and must be legally capable of entering into the transaction.

Not a pharmacy or healthcare service

Avelqor Labs does not operate as a pharmacy, medical clinic, telemedicine provider or veterinary service. Products identified as research-use-only materials are not offered or marketed as medicines, dietary supplements or products for human or veterinary administration.

Separate consumer catalogue

Consumer sports-nutrition products, when listed, are presented separately from research materials and use consumer-facing product information, ingredient labelling and category-specific instructions. Research-use restrictions are not applied to those consumer products unless the product page explicitly states otherwise.

Prohibited uses

Research-use-only materials must not be purchased or used for human consumption, self-administration, veterinary administration, diagnosis, treatment, prevention or mitigation of disease.

No dosing or administration guidance

For research-use-only materials, Avelqor Labs does not provide dosing schedules, injection instructions, treatment plans or personalized medical advice.

Checkout declaration

Before an order involving a research-use-only material can be submitted, the purchaser may be required to confirm that they meet the applicable age requirement and that the material is being acquired solely for a legitimate laboratory, analytical or research purpose and not for human or veterinary consumption or administration.

Purchaser responsibility

Customers are responsible for confirming that purchase, import, possession and intended laboratory use are lawful in their jurisdiction and permitted by their institution where applicable.

Order review and refusal

Avelqor Labs may request clarification or supporting information where necessary to assess intended use, destination requirements or lawful shipment. We may hold, decline or cancel an order where the stated or apparent intended use is inconsistent with product labeling, this policy or applicable law, or where lawful sale or shipment cannot be verified.

Legal classification

Research-use labeling, analytical documentation or a checkout acknowledgement does not determine or change a substance’s legal classification and does not make an otherwise restricted or unlawful transaction lawful.
