Customer Review & Feedback Policy
Avelqor Labs uses customer feedback as an operational trust signal. Reviews should reflect genuine interactions with Avelqor Labs and are not used as a substitute for laboratory evidence, COAs or batch verification.
Verified purchase reviews
Where the review system can confirm that a reviewer placed an order through Avelqor Labs, the review may be identified as a verified purchase. A verified purchase label confirms a commercial interaction; it does not verify how a product was used or establish any scientific, medical or performance claim.
No payment for positive ratings
Avelqor Labs does not pay customers for positive ratings and does not condition discounts, credits, replacements or support on leaving a favorable review. If a future campaign offers a neutral participation incentive, the incentive must not depend on the rating given and should be disclosed where required.
Negative and critical feedback
Critical reviews are not removed merely because they are negative. Feedback may be moderated only for reasons such as spam, impersonation, personal data, abusive content, unlawful material or content unrelated to an actual Avelqor interaction.
Conflicts and personal relationships
Reviews from employees, contractors, business partners, family members, friends or other people with a personal or commercial relationship to Avelqor Labs should disclose that relationship. Avelqor does not represent conflicted reviews as independent customer opinion.
Product claims
Customer reviews do not override Avelqor's research-use restrictions. Reviews containing dosing, administration, treatment, self-use, cosmetic, weight-loss, bodybuilding or other human-use claims may be withheld from publication or edited only where the review platform permits transparent moderation and the reason is documented.
Corrections and right of reply
Avelqor may publicly reply to a review to correct factual issues such as order status, dispatch date, tracking, product identity or documentation status. A reply should distinguish verifiable facts from opinion and should not pressure the reviewer to change a rating.
Review platform integrity
Avelqor prefers review systems that can identify verified purchases, preserve rating history and make moderation rules visible. Imported, synthetic or fabricated testimonials are not treated as genuine customer reviews.

Avelqor Labs uses Judge.me Reviews as its customer-review platform. Review requests are intended for genuine customer orders. Avelqor does not use Judge.me to manufacture or import synthetic testimonials.
Historical-order rule: Avelqor does not intentionally backfill the current review program with earlier test, colleague, friend or other non-independent orders. The review program is intended to build from new genuine customer transactions after implementation.
