Customer Account & Repeat Orders
Avelqor Labs uses Shopify's current customer-account system. Accounts are optional: customers can check out without being forced to create an account, while returning customers can sign in to review and manage their account information.

First order vs repeat orders
AVELQOR10 is a first-order offer for eligible customers with no previous completed order and is limited to one use per customer.
Repeat customers continue to receive the normal automatic volume pricing when eligible: 5% from 10 items and 10% from 20 items.
Avelqor customer tiers
Avelqor now maintains internal customer segments for repeat-order analysis:
- Returning: 1–2 completed orders
- Research Pro: 3–4 completed orders
- Research Lab: 5+ completed orders
These tiers are currently used for customer segmentation and future account/loyalty development. They do not promise an additional discount unless one is specifically shown in the live store or checkout.
